Jessica Sciarone

Welcome! I am a Political Science PhD Candidate at the University of Washington. I have a Master of Arts in Intelligence and International Security from King's College London, a Master of Science in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington. 

My research interests include radicalization, extremism, terrorism, extreme misogyny, conspiratorial thinking, and white supremacy. My primary research project investigates which factors contribute to mainstreaming fringe ideologies and conspiracy theories. I am particularly interested in extreme misogyny and the Great Replacement conspiracy theory.
